Slappin' on that sunscreen burns a lot of calories. Or that deep bend you take to lift your golf ball out of the rough can really burn sometimes. And watch that potential repetitive stress injury that comes from repeatedly lifting that icy Corona all afternoon.
Summer is a great time to add to an already active time of year. Keep on stretching, keep on building those muscle groups, keep on building endurance. And have fun too.
